The Ultimate Steak Cutting Board
This board was design for the griller's, BBQer's, and meat enthusiast alike! It's design encompasses key features that we can guarantee will improve your meat cutting experience!
Lets go over those features
In the top left corner (or bottom right depending on how you prefer to orient it) there is an inset garlic and herb grater. This, like the rest of these features we will go over, has been sealed with a food safe epoxy.
By doing so it allows you to be able to 1. Grind your garlic or herbs and pour oil over to create a mixture you can wipe over your meat. The epoxy coat prevents soaking of the oil into the board so the mixture stays in the pocket. 2. It makes for much easier cleanup!
In the top right corner (or bottom left depending on how you prefer to orient it) there is a pocket designed to hold your seasonings or sauces. It too has been sealed with a food safe epoxy coat for easy cleanup and to prevent soaking of liquids.
This is perfect for putting your spices or sauces in so you no longer have to get out several bowls or get your seasoning bottles messy with meat juices. Just add your seasoning or sauce and voila you're good to go!
All the way around the board there is a juice groove. This prevents the juices of the meat from running off the board while you're cutting it which prevents messes and allows you to save the juices for further use.
This too has been sealed with a food safe epoxy resin so the juices do not soak into the board.
Routed finger holds for easy moving
On each end are routed finger holds to make it easy to pick this board up and move.
4 No-skid Rubber Feet
On the bottom are 4 no-skid rubber feet with stainless steel screws. This helps prevent moving or rocking during use.
